The Issue
The port operates 24 hours a day 7 days a week with no room for down time. You have a fleet of 90 vehicles of various types. They are all required to have vehicle fire protection fitted as per the regulations of the port authority. One key machine has a fire in the engine compartment whilst loading in the biomass shed. A short while later another machine has a fault on the fire protection system whilst loading a ship. Both machines are stood still and need to be back in use urgently.
