The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills. They must have a proactive approach to exploring new markets and good interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with prospective customers
  • Focus on new business development in growing and emerging markets
  • Manage specific existing clients where required
  • Manage sales pipeline
  • Analyse market and establish competitive advantages
  • Research projects and timely reporting to senior management
  • Track metrics to ensure targets are hit


  • 3+ years in sales industry (fire suppression background is not required)
  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing – demonstrated sales success
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • CRM experience is preferred
  • Experience in new business development
